Tarte Flambée with Camembert

Ingredients

  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 200 g Camembert cream setting
  • 3 tbsp Cranberries from the glass
  • 2 slices Raw ham
  • 2 slices Smoked duck breast

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Unroll the pizza dough and place on a baking sheet with the parchment paper facing down. Brush evenly with crème fraîche, bake in the oven on the lowest rack for about 5 minutes. Cut the camembert into slices and spread on the pizza base and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Spread the cranberries on the tarte flambée and serve.
  • As a variant for those who do not want to do without meat: Spread raw ham slices or smoked duck breast on top.
