Ingredients

  • 750 g Rhubarb

From the garden :

  • 350 g Fresh strawberries

Own production :

  • 50 ml Elderflower syrup
  • 550 g Preserving sugar 2: 1

Instructions

Rhubarb:

  • washed, peeled, cut into pieces.

Strawberries:

  • Wash, remove green, cut in half.

Sugaring:

  • Let stand with the preserving sugar for about 4-6 hours:

Elderflower syrup

  • Add 50 ml, bring to the boil, boil for 5 minutes, always stir. Mix up at the end.
