- 750 g Rhubarb

- 350 g Fresh strawberries
Own production :
- 50 ml Elderflower syrup
- 550 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
Instructions

Rhubarb:
- washed, peeled, cut into pieces.
Strawberries:
- Wash, remove green, cut in half.
Sugaring:
- Let stand with the preserving sugar for about 4-6 hours:
Elderflower syrup
- Add 50 ml, bring to the boil, boil for 5 minutes, always stir. Mix up at the end.
