Tagliatelle with Spinach

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 200 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 packet Frozen spinach
  • 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 2 slices Meat loaf
  • Grated parmasan

Instructions

  • Thaw the spinach and let it cook through. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir in the creme fraiche. Just keep warm.
  • Cook the wide ribbon noodles al dente according to the instructions. Fry the meat loaf in the pan on both sides. Drain the pasta and add the spinach, fold in.
  • Place the pasta on the plates, serve the meat loaf and sprinkle with grated parmasan.
