Ingredients
- 200 g Tagliatelle
- 1 packet Frozen spinach
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- 2 slices Meat loaf
- Grated parmasan
Instructions
- Thaw the spinach and let it cook through. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir in the creme fraiche. Just keep warm.
- Cook the wide ribbon noodles al dente according to the instructions. Fry the meat loaf in the pan on both sides. Drain the pasta and add the spinach, fold in.
- Place the pasta on the plates, serve the meat loaf and sprinkle with grated parmasan.
