Tagliatelle with Spinach

The perfect tagliatelle with spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 Pä Frozen spinach
  • 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 2 Discs Meat loaf
  • Grated parmasan
  1. Thaw the spinach and let it cook through. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir in the creme fraiche. Just keep warm.
  1. Cook the wide ribbon noodles al dente according to the instructions. Fry the meat loaf in the pan on both sides. Drain the pasta and add the spinach, fold in.
  1. Place the pasta on the plates, serve the meat loaf and sprinkle with grated parmasan.
