Quick Chocolate Rolls

Ingredients

  • 300 g Flour
  • 90 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 250 g Quark
  • 100 g Chocolate chips
  • 1 Egg to brush

Instructions

  • Knead the first 7 ingredients together well and knead in the chocolate chips last. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (convection 160 degrees) and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Shape the dough into balls of the same size and place them on the baking sheet with a little space between them. Mix the egg with a little milk and brush the balls with it. Put the chocolate rolls in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes
