- 2 bunch Radish
- 2 Onions
- 2 Smoked farmer's sausages
- Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard
- Chives or spring onion rolls
Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, the spring onion rolls and a little water into a salad dressing. Add the radish slices and let stand for a while.
