Lamb's Lettuce with Radishes and Sausage Slices

Ingredients

  • 300 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 2 bunch Radish
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Smoked farmer's sausages
  • Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard
  • Chives or spring onion rolls

Instructions

  • Clean, wash and drain the lettuce. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Cut the sausages into slices.
  • Sauté the sausage slices with the onion cubes in a pan and then let them cool down.
  • Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, the spring onion rolls and a little water into a salad dressing. Add the radish slices and let stand for a while.
  • Then add the lamb's lettuce and the sausage slice and onion mixture and mix everything well.
