Lamb’s Lettuce with Radishes and Sausage Slices

- 300 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 2 bunch Radish
- 2 Onions
- 2 Smoked farmer’s sausages
- Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard
- Chives or spring onion rolls
- Clean, wash and drain the lettuce. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Cut the sausages into slices.
- Sauté the sausage slices with the onion cubes in a pan and then let them cool down.
- Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, the spring onion rolls and a little water into a salad dressing. Add the radish slices and let stand for a while.
- Then add the lamb’s lettuce and the sausage slice and onion mixture and mix everything well.
