Fried China Noodles

- 250 g Pasta
- 2 stalks Leeks cooked
- 150 g Fresh bamboo shoots
- 6 Whisked eggs
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Diced onion
- Chives
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs
- Maggi
- Oil
For the peanut sauce
- 25 g Peanut butter
- 30 ml Coconut milk
Heat some oil in the pan and fry the eggs (like scrambled eggs). Now add the onions, the sprouts, the carrot and the leek. Add the drained pasta (or rice) and mix everything together. Add a little more oil and season with the spices.
