Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 2 stalks Leeks cooked
  • 150 g Fresh bamboo shoots
  • 6 Whisked eggs
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Diced onion
  • Chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs
  • Maggi
  • Oil

For the peanut sauce

  • 25 g Peanut butter
  • 30 ml Coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta or rice while whisking the eggs. Peel the onions in cubes and the carrots and cut into small strips, chop the leek, wash off with the bamboo shoots.
  • Heat some oil in the pan and fry the eggs (like scrambled eggs). Now add the onions, the sprouts, the carrot and the leek. Add the drained pasta (or rice) and mix everything together. Add a little more oil and season with the spices.
  • If necessary, add the peanut butter and coconut milk and stir until everything is mixed. Good Appetite 🙂
