I was just on the road with my bike and as many of them have holler flowers in my lap ... I remember that you can enjoy them wonderfully, fried and with coffee and vanilla ice cream ... again a childhood memory of me ..
There must be some stalk left on the holler blossoms to dip into the oil .. i brushed the blossoms heavily and thereby cleaned them .. whisked the ingredients for the batter ... the oil in the pot was heated up strongly. then i took a flower and dipped it first in the dough then in the very hot oil ... in it I fried the flowers, as you can see ..
I made myself a nice cup of coffee, took a plate and put a deep-fried flower on it, sprinkled it with powdered sugar and treated myself to a scoop of vanilla ice cream .. it is delicious and tasted like it smelled like hollunder and spring ...
