- 4 Hollunder blossoms, fresh and risen
- Rapeseed oil for frying

- 3 Eggs
- 200 gr Flour
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tl Cinammon
- 1 tl Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt

- I was just on the road with my bike and as many of them have holler flowers in my lap … I remember that you can enjoy them wonderfully, fried and with coffee and vanilla ice cream … again a childhood memory of me ..
- There must be some stalk left on the holler blossoms to dip into the oil .. i brushed the blossoms heavily and thereby cleaned them .. whisked the ingredients for the batter … the oil in the pot was heated up strongly. then i took a flower and dipped it first in the dough then in the very hot oil … in it I fried the flowers, as you can see ..
