Bulgur Mushroom Bag

- 1 kg Mixed minced meat
- 250 g Mushrooms brown
- 2 Yufka pastry sheets
- 1 glass Bulgur
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 handful Wild garlic TK
- 1 Egg
- Pepper salt . grated garlic
Fry the minced meat in the pan until grainy and season.
Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them too.
Prepare the bulgur according to the instructions.
Mix all components, including the wild garlic, and season well again. Add the cream.
Spread the mixture on the dough sheets (preferably on a baking sheet lined with baking paper) and fold in the ends of the sheets twice. Brush with the beaten egg.
Bake in the oven at 180 * C for about 20 minutes.
