Bulgur Mushroom Bag

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Mixed minced meat
  • 250 g Mushrooms brown
  • 2 Yufka pastry sheets
  • 1 glass Bulgur
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 handful Wild garlic TK
  • 1 Egg
  • Pepper salt . grated garlic

Instructions

  • Fry the minced meat in the pan until grainy and season.
  • Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them too.
  • Prepare the bulgur according to the instructions.
  • Mix all components, including the wild garlic, and season well again. Add the cream.
  • Spread the mixture on the dough sheets (preferably on a baking sheet lined with baking paper) and fold in the ends of the sheets twice. Brush with the beaten egg.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 * C for about 20 minutes.
