Ingredients
- 1 kg Mixed minced meat
- 250 g Mushrooms brown
- 2 Yufka pastry sheets
- 1 glass Bulgur
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 handful Wild garlic TK
- 1 Egg
- Pepper salt . grated garlic
Instructions
- Fry the minced meat in the pan until grainy and season.
- Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them too.
- Prepare the bulgur according to the instructions.
- Mix all components, including the wild garlic, and season well again. Add the cream.
- Spread the mixture on the dough sheets (preferably on a baking sheet lined with baking paper) and fold in the ends of the sheets twice. Brush with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the oven at 180 * C for about 20 minutes.
