Asparagus and Ham Rolls

Ingredients

  • 12 White asparagus spears
  • 1 packet Hochlang sandwich slices Emmental corresponds to 12 slices
  • 6 slices Cooked ham
  • 50 g Grated Emmental
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar fine

Instructions

1ter Schritt

  • Peel the asparagus and cook for about twenty minutes in boiling water with a pinch of salt and sugar.

2ter Schritt

  • Cover the ham with 2 slices of Emmental sandwich slices each (be sure to use sandwich cheese, as it runs nicely and serves as a sauce), then roll 2 sticks of asparagus on top, roll them together and place them in a baking dish.

3ter Schritt

  • Sprinkle the finished rolls in the baking dish with the grated cheese and bake for about 10 - 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
