Ingredients

Scones:

  • 200 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 g Butter
  • 150 ml Milk

Pineapple ring:

  • 5 Pineapple rings
  • 200 g Clotted cream
  • 150 g Orange jam
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • For the sons, knead the dough ingredients together. Roll out 1 cm thick on a floured work surface and cut out scones with a round glass. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes (electric stove 180 ° C, convection 160 ° C).
  • Then halve the scones while they are lukewarm, put a pineapple ring on each of the lower half, put in the opening of the pineapple clotted cream and then add a teaspoon of the orange jam
