Ingredients

  • 60 g Low fat quark
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 Egg Whites
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 50 g Grated lemon peel
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Powdered sugar
  • Butter

Instructions

  • 3 Butter the molds and sprinkle with sugar. Preheat the oven to 180 C ° and place a container with water on the bottom rail of the oven, or a deep tray.
  • Beat the egg yolks with 30 g of sugar for about 2 minutes. Stir in the quark and lemon zest. Beat the egg whites with the salt and the remaining sugar until stiff
  • Now fold the egg white into the quark mixture and bake everything in the molds for about 20 minutes, do not open the door.
