  • 60 g Low fat quark
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 Egg Whites
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 50 g Grated lemon peel
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Powdered sugar
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • 3 Butter the molds and sprinkle with sugar. Preheat the oven to 180 C ° and place a container with water on the bottom rail of the oven, or a deep tray.
