Buffalo Mozzarella and Strawberries
Servings: 2 people
- 2 Buffalo mozzarella
- 500 g Fresh strawberries
- 4 tbsp Water
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Strawberry balm
- 2 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Green peppercorns pickled
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
Wash the strawberries well and set half of the strawberries aside for the time being. Quarter the other half and place in a tall container or in the blender. Add the water, the olive oil and the strawberry balm. If you don't have a strawberry balm, you can also use lime juice, it tastes great too.
Now add the powdered sugar and a little salt and pepper and mix into a dressing. Season again to taste, possibly also salt and pepper. Rinse the green pepper in a sieve, drain well and roughly chop.
Now take the buffalo mozzarella out of the package and drain well and tear one buffalo mozzarella per person with your fingers and place on a plate. Now halve the remaining strawberries and pour over the mozzarella, sprinkle some of the green pepper over it and pour the dressing over it.
