Rice Casserole with Grated Apple

Ingredients

  • 250 g Rice pudding
  • 1 L Milk
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Apples
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 splash Lemon
  • 1 tsp Cinammon

Instructions

  • Bring the milk and vanilla sugar to the boil and stir in the rice pudding
  • Turn off the stove and let the rice pudding swell for about 30 minutes
  • Wash the apples, peel them and grate them into small pieces with a grater
  • Let the milk rice cool down a bit and separate the eggs
  • Stir egg yolks, grated apples, lemon and cinnamon into the rice pudding
