Ingredients
- 250 g Rice pudding

Instructions
- Bring the milk and vanilla sugar to the boil and stir in the rice pudding
- Turn off the stove and let the rice pudding swell for about 30 minutes
- Wash the apples, peel them and grate them into small pieces with a grater
- Let the milk rice cool down a bit and separate the eggs
- Stir egg yolks, grated apples, lemon and cinnamon into the rice pudding
- Beat egg whites with sugar to form snow
