Chives Soup ...

- 2 Peeled potatoes approx. 160 g
- Salt
- 1 Egg
- 200 ml Milk
- Some butter
- Ground pepper white
- Nutmeg
- 20 stem Chives fresh
- 5 Daisy
Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cook in boiling salted water. Boil the egg for 10 minutes, quench.
Heat the milk. Drain the potatoes. Puree with butter and a little milk. Stir in the rest of the milk. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into thin rolls. Put some of it aside. Add the rest to the soup and stir in. Wash the daisies and shake dry.
Put the soup on a plate. Roughly chop half an egg and place in the center of the plate. Scatter the rest of the chives over the top. Garnish with cookies' favorite flowers ;-)
