Baguette Filled with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon Cream

- 1 Baguette
- 5 slices Smoked salmon
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 Splash of citrus juice
- Salt and pepper
- 250 g Cream cheese
- 20 ml Milk
Halve the baguette and cut lengthways. Remove the inner workings from the halves with a spoon
Heat the smoked salmon in a pan and chop
Finely dice the tomato and spring onion
Mix the cream cheese with a little milk in a bowl
Add the smoked salmon, tomato, spring onion, season with salt, pepper and lemon and divide into the baguette halves.
Put the halves together and wrap them tightly in cling film - then let them stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
Cut the baguette into slices, serve
