  • 200 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar

  • 500 g Applesauce
  • 5 Diced apple
  • Streusel:
  • 250 g Flour
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • For the shortcrust pastry, knead all the ingredients in a bowl and place on a baking tray.
