Ciabatta Rolls

- 350 g Flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Savory bread seasoning as desired
- 50 ml Dried tomato oil or olive oil
- 100 g Dried tomatoes in oil
- 80 g Black olives
Mix the flour with dry yeast, salt and possibly bread spices in a bowl. Drain the tomatoes and cut into fine strips. Chop the olives too. Add 250 ml of water and oil to the flour, then add the olives and tomatoes.
Then dust the dough with flour and turn it out of the bowl onto the work surface. Sprinkle with flour again and then divide into approx. 8 pieces with a pastry card. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let rest for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220 degrees (or fan oven 200 degrees).
