Strawberry Jam with Elderflower

- 1 kg Strawberries
- 1 kg Preserving sugar
- 1 Lemon fresh
- 4 Elderflower umbels
Wash the strawberries, pluck the elderflower, puree the strawberries, squeeze the lemon and add the juice, then add the preserving sugar and place in a sufficiently large saucepan and let it steep a little.
