  • 1 kg Preserving sugar
  • 1 Pc. Lemon fresh
  • 4 Pc. Elderflower umbels
  1. Wash the strawberries, pluck the elderflower, puree the strawberries, squeeze the lemon and add the juice, then add the preserving sugar and place in a sufficiently large saucepan and let it steep a little.
