Couscous Salad - Vegetarian - Summer Salad

- 250 g Couscous
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 1 Yellow peppers
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Spring onion
- Pepper, salt, curry
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Light basamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Herbs to taste
- 0,5 Cucumber
Put the couscous in a bowl. Add the vegetable stock. Scald with hot water (approx. 300 ml) and let it steep. Possibly add more water.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces. There are no limits to your imagination. Everything really fits into the salad .......
Add sliced vegetables and spices when the couscous has cooled down. Mix and season to taste.
