Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Couscous
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Spring onion
  • Pepper, salt, curry
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Light basamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Herbs to taste
  • 0,5 Cucumber

Instructions
 

  • Put the couscous in a bowl. Add the vegetable stock. Scald with hot water (approx. 300 ml) and let it steep. Possibly add more water.
  • Cut the vegetables into small pieces. There are no limits to your imagination. Everything really fits into the salad .......
  • Add sliced ​​vegetables and spices when the couscous has cooled down. Mix and season to taste.
