Vegetable Side Dish: Savoy Cabbage in Cream Sauce
Servings: 2 people
- 1 half Savoy cabbage
- 1 cup Cream 10% fat
- 1 cup Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg a.d.M
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Oil
Brown the chopped onion in the oil.
Cut the savoy cabbage and add to the braised onion, add a little more oil and toss the savoy cabbage.
Add the mug of cream and the mug of milk, season with salt and pepper and simmer gently for about 10 minutes with the lid closed.
