Ingredients
- 1 half Savoy cabbage
- 1 cup Cream 10% fat
- 1 cup Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg a.d.M
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Oil
Instructions
- Brown the chopped onion in the oil.
- Cut the savoy cabbage and add to the braised onion, add a little more oil and toss the savoy cabbage.
- Add the mug of cream and the mug of milk, season with salt and pepper and simmer gently for about 10 minutes with the lid closed.
