Vegetable Side Dish: Savoy Cabbage in Cream Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 1 half Savoy cabbage
  • 1 cup Cream 10% fat
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg a.d.M
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Oil

Instructions
 

  • Brown the chopped onion in the oil.
  • Cut the savoy cabbage and add to the braised onion, add a little more oil and toss the savoy cabbage.
  • Add the mug of cream and the mug of milk, season with salt and pepper and simmer gently for about 10 minutes with the lid closed.
