Second Course: Spaghetti Carbonara

- 100 g Spaghetti
- 50 ml Cream
- 50 g Bacon or ham
- 25 g Parmesan
- 1 Egg
- Clarified butter
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Cut the bacon or ham into strips. Grate the Parmesan cheese.
Fry the bacon in clarified butter in a pan.
Whisk the egg, season with pepper and mix with the Parmesan and cream. Mix in the bacon.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions, drain and place on the plate.
Pour the bacon, cheese and egg mixture over it and fold in gently.
