Wash the radishes and cut them very small ..... for me, my Emil (my Thermomix) grins :) Salt the radi and let it stand.
Wash arugula, dry (spin) and also cut very finely. I still had spring onions I just added them ..... mhhhh !!
Mix lemon juice, vinegar, honey, herbs and olive oil with salt and pepper. Squeeze out the radishes a little so that they don't have too much liquid and mix with the marinade.
Put the whole thing in a ring, arrange nicely on a plate with a grilled chicken skewer. Of course, take the ring off again, but you know that :) :)
