Chicken Skewer on Radi-rocket Tartare
The perfect chicken skewer on radi-rocket tartare recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 bunch Radish
- 70 gr Ruccola
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vinegar to taste
- Possibly fresh herbs
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 8 Seasoned Chicken Skewers
- Wash the radishes and cut them very small ….. for me, my Emil (my Thermomix) grins 🙂 Salt the radi and let it stand.
- Wash arugula, dry (spin) and also cut very finely. I still had spring onions I just added them ….. mhhhh !!
- Mix lemon juice, vinegar, honey, herbs and olive oil with salt and pepper. Squeeze out the radishes a little so that they don’t have too much liquid and mix with the marinade.
- Put the whole thing in a ring, arrange nicely on a plate with a grilled chicken skewer. Of course, take the ring off again, but you know that 🙂 🙂
