Red Wine Cake Dianne

- 300 g Margarine
- 250 g Sugar
- 5 Eggs L
- 300 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 3 tsp Cinammon
- 3 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 0,125 L Red wine
- 150 g Chocolate sprinkles
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp Red wine
Mix the flour with baking powder, cinnamon and cocoa well. Mix the margarine with the sugar until foamy, gradually add the eggs and stir in each egg for about 1 minute. Add the flour mixture and red wine and mix everything into a smooth dough. Fold in the chocolate sprinkles. Grease a springform pan (26 cm). Put the dough in the springform pan and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° for about 60-70 minutes. Let cool down. Make a glaze from powdered sugar and red wine and pour over the cooled cake.
