Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Margarine
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 5 Eggs L
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 3 tsp Cinammon
  • 3 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • 0,125 L Red wine
  • 150 g Chocolate sprinkles
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp Red wine

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour with baking powder, cinnamon and cocoa well. Mix the margarine with the sugar until foamy, gradually add the eggs and stir in each egg for about 1 minute. Add the flour mixture and red wine and mix everything into a smooth dough. Fold in the chocolate sprinkles. Grease a springform pan (26 cm). Put the dough in the springform pan and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° for about 60-70 minutes. Let cool down. Make a glaze from powdered sugar and red wine and pour over the cooled cake.
