- 3 Free range eggs
- 1 Red chilli pepper
- 1 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- 4 slice White bread
- Pepper from the grinder
- Fleur de Sel sea salt
- Olive oil
Core the chilli pepper and chop finely. (If you want it really spicy, leave the seeds in) Whisk eggs with chilli and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Turn the white bread slices in the egg-chilli mixture until they are completely soaked with egg. Then fry in the pan until golden brown.
Remove from the pan, sprinkle with the chopped chives, serve and enjoy.
