Ingredients
- 3 Free range eggs
- 1 Red chilli pepper
- 1 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- 4 slice White bread
- Pepper from the grinder
- Fleur de Sel sea salt
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Core the chilli pepper and chop finely. (If you want it really spicy, leave the seeds in) Whisk eggs with chilli and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan. Turn the white bread slices in the egg-chilli mixture until they are completely soaked with egg. Then fry in the pan until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan, sprinkle with the chopped chives, serve and enjoy.
