Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 500 g Green pasta
  • Salt pepper
  • 6 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 125 ml Olive oil
  • 1 pot Basil
  • 750 g Tomatoes
  • 3 packet Mozzarella

Instructions

  • Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Beat in the olive oil. Wash the basil, chop except for a few leaves and fold in.
  • Clean and wash tomatoes, cut in half, core and cut into cubes. Drain and dice the mozzarella.
  • Mix the pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella and sauce. Let it steep for at least an hour. Garnish with basil.
