Italian Pasta Salad

The perfect italian pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 gr Green pasta
  • Salt pepper
  • 6 El Red wine vinegar
  • 125 ml Olive oil
  • 1 potty Basil
  • 750 g Tomatoes
  • 3 packet Mozzarella
  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  1. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Beat in the olive oil. Wash the basil, chop except for a few leaves and fold in.
  1. Clean and wash tomatoes, cut in half, core and cut into cubes. Drain and dice the mozzarella.
  1. Mix the pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella and sauce. Let it steep for at least an hour. Garnish with basil.
