- 500 g Green pasta
- Salt pepper
- 6 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 125 ml Olive oil
- 1 pot Basil
- 750 g Tomatoes
- 3 packet Mozzarella
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Beat in the olive oil. Wash the basil, chop except for a few leaves and fold in.
- Clean and wash tomatoes, cut in half, core and cut into cubes. Drain and dice the mozzarella.
- Mix the pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella and sauce. Let it steep for at least an hour. Garnish with basil.
