Boil the rice in salted water. Cool under cold water and drain well.
Heat 1 teaspoons of oil in a wok or pan and fry the shredded chicken fillet. Add the prawns and fry briefly. Remove from pan (and keep warm);
Thinly ring the spring onions, cut the paprika into strips, chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a wok or a large pan. Stir in spring onions, garlic, paprika for 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and heat at medium temperature for 1 minute. Fold in the prawns and chicken and simmer for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the Chinese spices, chilli and soy sauce and the coriander to the wok. Mix everything together until all ingredients are heated. Season to taste and serve.
