Nasi Goreng with Chicken and Prawns

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 225 g Rice
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Paprika
  • 2 Chicken fillets
  • 150 g Fresh prawns

Instructions

  • Boil the rice in salted water. Cool under cold water and drain well.
  • Heat 1 teaspoons of oil in a wok or pan and fry the shredded chicken fillet. Add the prawns and fry briefly. Remove from pan (and keep warm);
  • Thinly ring the spring onions, cut the paprika into strips, chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a wok or a large pan. Stir in spring onions, garlic, paprika for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the cooked rice and heat at medium temperature for 1 minute. Fold in the prawns and chicken and simmer for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add the Chinese spices, chilli and soy sauce and the coriander to the wok. Mix everything together until all ingredients are heated. Season to taste and serve.
