Mushroom Toast

- 2 slices Whole grain toast
- 150 g Brown mushrooms
- 1 tsp Granular broth
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 100 g Mett (half and half)
- 2 slices Cheese
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Sprig of basil
Toast toast, with butter (½ tbsp) and spread / top with mince. Clean / brush the mushrooms, cut in half, stir briefly in a pan with butter (½ teaspoon) and season with broth (1 teaspoon).
