Mushroom Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Whole grain toast
  • 150 g Brown mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Granular broth
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 100 g Mett (half and half)
  • 2 slices Cheese
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Sprig of basil

Instructions

  • Toast toast, with butter (½ tbsp) and spread / top with mince. Clean / brush the mushrooms, cut in half, stir briefly in a pan with butter (½ teaspoon) and season with broth (1 teaspoon). Spread the mushrooms on the bread and top with cheese (2 slices). Baked in the oven at 200 ° C until the cheese has melted well. Serve garnished with tomato halves and basil.
