Beef Steak and White Beans
Total Time20 minutes mins
Servings: 1 people
- 200 g Beef steak-I took hip steak
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rosemary chopped as desired
vegetables
- 200 g Canned white beans
- Half an onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Orange peel abrasion
- Some parsley chopped
- 1 pinch Sugar
the steak-yes, I don't do much theater ....... I just love it simply seasoned..the steak was fried and peppered in oil for 2 minutes on each side..after each side I fry first salted and sprinkled with a pinch of rosemary ... the pan including the steak was then placed in the preheated oven-at 80 (-100) degrees, for about 8- (10) minutes .... that of course depends on how each of the steaks likes --- medium or through..or ... or ...
During this time I heated some butter in a small pot ... then I put the onion cut into small cubes ... I seasoned the onion with salt and sugar ... when the onion took on a nice color, I gave the white one Beans -without the brewing water-to it and stirred quickly .. seasoned with pepper and finally added some abrasion of the orange to the beans .. sprinkled with parsley and it was ready ..
my addition consisted only of onion rings fried in a little oil and seasoned ... as everyone likes again ...
