  • Pepper
  • Rosemary chopped as desired

vegetables

  • 200 g Canned white beans
  • Half an onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Orange peel abrasion
  • Some parsley chopped
  • 1 pinch Sugar

add

  • Half an onion
  • Pepper salt

Instructions

  • the steak-yes, I don't do much theater ....... I just love it simply seasoned..the steak was fried and peppered in oil for 2 minutes on each side..after each side I fry first salted and sprinkled with a pinch of rosemary ... the pan including the steak was then placed in the preheated oven-at 80 (-100) degrees, for about 8- (10) minutes .... that of course depends on how each of the steaks likes --- medium or through..or ... or ...
  • During this time I heated some butter in a small pot ... then I put the onion cut into small cubes ... I seasoned the onion with salt and sugar ... when the onion took on a nice color, I gave the white one Beans -without the brewing water-to it and stirred quickly .. seasoned with pepper and finally added some abrasion of the orange to the beans .. sprinkled with parsley and it was ready ..
  • my addition consisted only of onion rings fried in a little oil and seasoned ... as everyone likes again ...
