Finger Food: Falafel

- 1 can Chickpeas
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh coriander
- Ground cumin
- 1 small Onion
- 1 clove Fresh garlic
- Oil for frying
- 1 hand Sesame fresh
Puree the chickpeas, cut the onion and garlic into small cubes and mix with the other ingredients. The dough should not be too soft but not too firm.
Now form small balls, flatten them a little and fry in 180 C ° hot fat. Drain on paper towels.
I turned half of it in sesame seeds and baked it.
