Colorful Sausage Vegetable Pot

Ingredients

  • 3 Potato
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 Red pointed peppers
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 3 Spring onion
  • 3 pair of Sacher sausages
  • 3 pair of Vegeta spice
  • 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Parsely
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes - cut all the vegetables into large pieces - cut the sausages into small slices

preparation

  • First of all, roast the potatoes (they cook a little longer than the other vegetables) in clarified butter - then pour the vegetable stock on top - season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for a few minutes
  • while roasting the zucchini and peppers in another pot - when the potatoes are almost soft, add the zucchini / peppers to the pot - then the spring onions and the sausage slices are roasted in the pan - they also come in afterwards season the vegetable pot - with salt, pepper, vegeta

Burn-in

  • 1 Melt a large tablespoon of butter in the pan and sweat a weak tablespoon of flour in it - then add a little vegetable stock from the vegetable pot - let it simmer briefly and stir well - then burn it in the vegetable pot and stir well

to taste

  • then season the vegetable pot with chopped parsley and add a little ketchup to taste
