Börek with Feta Filling + Spinach Filling

Servings: 2 people
- 1 Filo pastry
- 300 g flour, 3 tbsp olive oil, 50ml, water, salt
Filling 1
- 200 g Feta
- Garlic, parsley, pepper, chilli, thyme
Filling 2
- 200 g Spinach leaves + some filling 1
- Onion, 1-2 cloves of garlic, pinch of sugar, salt and pepper
Dip
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 4 tbsp Natural yoghurt
- Salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic
Filling 1: Finely crumble the feta, finely chop the parsley and mix in, season well with garlic and pepper, a little more carefully with chilli and thyme.
