Casseroles: Pasta Casserole with Mince and Gorgonzola

Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 200 g Gorgonzola
  • 1 packet Spinach leaves
  • 400 g Spirelli
  • 150 Onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oregano
  • Nutmeg
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  • First cook the pasta until al dente
  • Fry the minced meat in a little oil, add the onion and garlic, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika and oregano.
  • Add the thawed spinach, let it boil through and finally add the Gorgonzola, stir everything well.
  • Whisk the eggs with the cream, season with salt and paprika.
  • Butter a casserole dish, alternate a layer of pasta and a layer of meat, then pour the egg and cream mixture over the pasta and finally the grated cheese. Bake everything at 200C ° for about 30 minutes.
