- 500 g Ground beef
- 200 g Gorgonzola
- 1 Pck Spinach leaves
- 400 g Spirelli
- 150 Onion
- Salt and pepper

- 200 ml Cream
- 2 Eggs
- First cook the pasta until al dente
- Fry the minced meat in a little oil, add the onion and garlic, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika and oregano.
- Add the thawed spinach, let it boil through and finally add the Gorgonzola, stir everything well.
- Whisk the eggs with the cream, season with salt and paprika.
- Butter a casserole dish, alternate a layer of pasta and a layer of meat, then pour the egg and cream mixture over the pasta and finally the grated cheese. Bake everything at 200C ° for about 30 minutes.
