Cheesecake - Rose

Ingredients

  • 250 g Butter
  • 200 g Double cream cheese
  • 450 g Sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Cut the softened butter into pieces, add the sugar and cream cheese and stir with the mixer until creamy.
  • Gradually add the eggs.
  • Mix the flour with the salt, baking powder and baking soda and pour over the mixture. Mix in carefully. Add the milk.
  • Fill into the mold and bake at 175 ° C for about 50 minutes.
  • You can of course also take a normal form. I bought this new and just wanted to try it out. Is really a total eye-catcher.
